allow us to change secondary to previous employment

currently clients accidentally ( probably every 4 FFs or so) input their previous employment as secondary instead and we can't change it. we instead have to ask BE to change it through the chat. it would be much quicker and easier if we have the ability to change it- same for current employment too- to be able to mark as previous and add a new one. as clients change jobs between the initial FF info being declared and us doing the app etc as well. thanks :)
