Hi, With email templates, you can create a template that includes "applicant 1", "applicant2" etc. However if there is no applicant 2, then a "– " is inserted as a place holder. This is also true for any template item that has no data entered. This is frustrating, as we then have to manually delete the "– " from the email subject or template. It would be much better to have nothing. That we we can list App#1 App2 App3 App4 within the template and not have "-" everywhere, but still be able to easily scrape all applicants info into email
