When we prepare an application, we add all current held debts of the applicants. This includes their existing property and its linked mortgages. But when we go to the lodgment funding, the details or this security is not captured in case we are refinancing or seeking extra funds. So we add this detail second time in lodgement funding tab, and this detail shows up in duplicate under liabilities section. And we have to delete the already updated details and update the new loans showing as a result of updating details in lodgement funding. There should be either an option to show these loans/import them to lodgement funding tab or system should avoid duplicating it altogehter
