Hi, I have came across to some customer for refinance of their home loans. where the remaining loan term is like 23 years and 6 months for example. They don't want to either increase the loan term on new loan to 24 months because they have to pay more interest OR to decrease it to 23 years because it will increase their repayments. Not all, But some of the lenders like HSBC for example do allow such loan terms. But Broker Engine doesn't. Please make changes into Broker Engine regarding the same. But make sure it is supported by the lender's products as well while selecting product. Otherwise it will be hassle because once you promote the application to AOL and if AOL doesn't support such term then deal will be in limbo.
