I am currently doing a pre approval for a client based on them selling their current home and using the proceeds of the sale towards the new purchase. I don't want to delete the details of the existing property in case plans change so ideally if we have a button to "hide" the details this would be very helpful. Same for if there liabilities that are going to be paid and closed ( prior to settlement) but not consolidated it would be good if we could hide them rather than delete them so that the affordability tab is accurate.
