Someone needs to review all pop-up/warning/error/can't-proceed messages to User. There really is no point to some message I read, in that I then have to work out what itmeans or where it is realting to. Assume the User doesn' know why the issue is causing the messag to display and write words that help them find the solution. Some messages do this, but many (I'm talking to you 'real' Error messages) may present some information that doesn't explain the whole situation or is assuming the User knows what it's about. Example: Please note: This is your default Funding Position. Any changes to Assets or Liabilities will automatically update the Fact Find. Deleting Assets or Liabilities will not delete these items from the Fact Find. Which is it? this is not the best example, but there re other messages that indicate something elsewhere in the system.... if you know what's wrong, why not just say which items need fixing or completing?
