i was thinking that based on my expericen with a few brokers now that over 50% of their deals are no referrer/ self sourced so it would make more sense to have in the commission section of BE plus the 'no referrer' option at the top as the 1st option- for us and i am sure lots of people it is at the bottom and we have to scroll down. it would save time and be easier at the top considering most deals are no referrer for most brokers :)
