Is there a way that the Global Search function can be changed to extract the information based on the applicants on the card based on the actual contacts, rather than the information held in the title of the card? If the clients are called "Jane & John Citizen" and a search is done, it will not bring up the lead for Jane Citizen because her name is not stated in full on the title of the card, but she is correctly linked to the card as Jane Citizen. When dealing with clients over the phone, it is time sensitive to be able to extract their data quickly and not have to go through the contact page first, to try find a lead, when it could be located, if we entered her name in full as per the applicant details found on the contact (which is linked to the card).
