I have verified that the format of the questions found on the fact find sent through the online fact find does not fully match the fields under the fact find section on broker engine. This is the reason that brokers will need to almost always rework the fact find after it is received. An example is under the applicants tab, the section where the client is required to indicate the postal address. This is not seen on the clients online fact find questionnaire but it is a mandatory field on the broker side for that section to turn green. Therefore this improvement is being requested so that all fields shown on broker engine must match the online fact find questionnaire being sent to the client so that it auto populates all fields in broker engine.
