Existing Loans to Refinance in Funding Position

Can we have any loans that have been ticked to consolidate/refinance in the liabilities tab automatically appear in the 'existing loans to refinance' or all existing loans and details in a drop down box to select. it is such a time waste having to input data more than once, and very frustrating
