Just a quick suggestion regarding the alarm icon in the top right corner. At the moment, any activity in the vault, whether it's a team member adding notes/documents or a client uploading documents, triggers the same red icon with a number. The issue is that we often go into a file thinking the client has uploaded documents, only to find it's just internal notes/documents from our team members. With heaps of leads on our board, this wastes a lot of time by checking it one by one. It would be really helpful if the icon could change color depending on the type of activity. For example, keep it red when it's team notes, but turn it green when the client uploads documents. That way, we can quickly spot which files are ready for action and which ones are still pending. It’s a small change, but it would make sweeping the board much more efficient Thank you!
