I suggest creating a dedicated, non-reply email address specifically for automated Broker Engine communications. This could be something like: brokerengine-noreply@[yourdomain.com] or a similar variation. This will help manage expectations and prevent clients from accidentally sending replies to an unmonitored inbox.
