i team Can you please add a Duplicate Contact Check feature to prevent the creation of multiple contact records for the same client. Requested behaviour • When a user creates a new contact or opportunity, Broker Engine should automatically check for duplicates using name, email and mobile. • If a match is found, the system should • Prevent the duplicate from being created, or • Prompt the user to link the new lead or opportunity to the existing contact. • A manual “Check for Duplicates” button on the contact screen would also help when updating client details. Why this matters This will keep data clean, avoid duplicate files, improve reporting accuracy and save time for brokers and support staff.
