Passing this on behalf of Glenn Wilson (Mentor1Lending) When copying a card, why isn't there the option of being able to copy over the products from the original card. I mean, it they're all different, by all means, don't tick the copy over, but in my experience, I am often duplicating cards with the same or similar product selections and I have to start from scratch again - that's just a big time waster when it could be automatically copied. Same applies to the ResponsibleLending etc. If you've ID'd someone, and /or if they will be retiring etc, that's not going to change just because the lender changes. Again, another time waster when the data has already been entered. It's much easier to say, no thanks, I don't want sections copied, rather than having to re-enter data that you want to keep/copy.
