Enable users to customise which fields are visible in the Fact Find. We’ve received feedback from clients that the current Fact Find is overwhelming due to the large number of fields they’re asked to complete. This often leads to delays or disengagement, especially when clients are unsure about the information being requested. It would be incredibly helpful if BrokerEngine allowed users to customise which fields are mandatory based on the client profile or workflow. We would appreciate if we could hide non-essential fields unless needed. This would improve client experience, reduce friction, and help ensure smoother onboarding and data collection.
