Consolidate Duplicate contacts for third parties

It would be good if third party contacts are not assigned to a specific broker. This causes duplicate contacts for the same real estate agent, conveyancer etc etc when we have multiple deals with them over the years but with different loan writers

Agree, this should be in BE as a general database that can be used across all staff & all clients.

Ideally these contacts should be in a separate database from the client database, because they will not be used in the same way as client contacts and should be organised with the company/organisation as the primary record, with the individuals listed as sub-records under the primary record that way it will be easier to select the required contact. For example a bank or solicitor firm would be the primary record and all staff working in that organisation would be a sub-record for that organisation. When dealing with that organisation as a third party, we could then select the organisation which would display a list of the individuals working there and select the individual assigned to the deal we are working on. I hope that makes sense
