Conditional/Joint Merge Fields Linked to Lender Selection

Add the ability to create joint or conditional merge fields that dynamically pull content based on another field’s value — for example, the lender selected in the deal.
Use case:
When a lender is selected (e.g. ANZ, CBA, AFG Retro), the system should be able to automatically insert that lender’s specific “process notes” into email templates via a merge field such as {{Lender.SettlementInstructions}} or {{Lender.LodgementInstructions}} or {{Lender.ProgressPaymentInstructions}}
This would allow a single email template to adapt automatically to the lender selected in the deal, eliminating the need for separate templates per lender or manually editing instructions.

Prevents misuse or repurposing of unrelated fields
Reduces human error and improves workflow efficiency
Example:
If {{Lender}} = “ANZ”, then {{Lender.ApprovalInstructions}} automatically inserts ANZ-specific post-approval details
