there is still a lot of confusion around what to do when we send the Credit proposal for signing. Please look ath the attached image. the credit proposal gets merged with the background and hence the clients are still missing clicking the credit proposal and straight away click I am done. I recommend yous should change the colour for the credit proposal tab as well so that it is clearly visible to the client. You may make it red. and once the client acknoweldges is then this may turn green
