Hi Team, is there a way that we can add an option to CC or BCC ourselves or our business when sending document requests through finance vault, It is a good way to stay on top of all communications with clients whilst maintaining quick communication. Also creates a better feel for the client if they see the broker or business cc'd. it also keeps us on top of the look of the email and can allow us to make updates as we see fit if we see it on a day to day basis live in action.
