wanted to suggest a feature that would significantly enhance workflow efficiency for mortgage brokers like us who manage a high volume of client meetings. At present, we use Fireflies.ai to schedule meetings and automatically transcribe our conversations with clients. It would be incredibly beneficial if Broker Engine could integrate with platforms like Fireflies, allowing us to: • Automatically link meeting transcriptions or summaries to the relevant lead or deal. • Easily access recorded meeting notes within the client’s file. • Simplify scheduling and tracking of meetings directly from the deal screen. Having these meeting notes and links directly attached to our deals in Broker Engine would streamline our workflow, improve documentation accuracy, and ensure all client interactions are clearly tracked in one place.
