BrokerEngine Ideas

Hi, we recently had two staff members actioning a Broker Engine entry at the same time that ended up with one of them not knowing until the next day that their notes and tasks had been overridden/lost. The lost notes and tasks were unfortunately the more significant ones. Please create a feature that will alert us when there is already someone working an entry.
