As the broker's database matures, it is a regular occurrence that contacts change address. Currently, to update a contact address details involves deleting all address data and re-entering it, starting with the new current address and then re-entering previous addresses, hovin had to make manual notes before deleting the old address data to retain the information. This is tedious, time-consuming and can lead to errors. To solve this, add a button at the top of the contact address history details section labelled "Add New Current Address". Clicking this button would run a script which nominates the existing Current address as a previous address and move each address re3cord listed in the address history list "down a row" The script would then present a new blank Current Address section to enable entry of the new current address details of the client. Of course, as a result, the now most recent previous address (the old current address) would have a blank end date field
