I don't understand how you can be gathering data, input, comments and feedback from users on whether or not the "servicing calcs" by BE match what we enter, or what is compared to the Lender's calcs... yet all the while not including "Negative Gearing" (Is Tax Deductible?) on new Investment loans, so we can't seemingly ever match a bank's servicing calculations (and neither can you?)? This really should be a priority - as you're essentially creating a situation where users may be providing all sorts of data and input on a situation that can't be resolved in the current lacking data set. If there is already a field, flag, setting - that handles this currently, it doesn't seem to be very obvious of where this is in the process?
