Add future dated rate loading

Hi Team,
Hope you are well.
Could we please add a future rate loading. E.g someone owns >4 properties = Liberty professional investor loading applies.
This primarily applies to IO where there remains an inability to input a negative discount. It is important to accurately advise clients of the loadings that may apply to them in general.
