Add Employer Title Field on Applicants Tab in Employment History

In the Applicants Tab under the Employment History, Employer Details - there is no field to store the title of the Employer but when you get to Flex, it will want the title. It would be easier for this to be entered on the Broker Engine side and transferred across if possible.

BE Needs to be engineered backwards from ApplyOnLine and all suggestions that involve aligning BE to the requirements of ApplyOnLine should be given top priority. This will save a mountain of time editing the data in ApplyOnline and make it a smoother experience for all users
