Hi Guys, We've noticed the loan repayments being calculated in the Products Tab and Funding Position aren't accurate. I did speak in the chat about this and was advised by Farrah that the repayments and an estimated amount and we should be manually updating these to match whatever repayments the lender calculates. I'm wondering why it can't calculate the Actual Repayment, as it should be the same no matter the lender as long as the loan amount, interest rate, loan term etc are the same.... Our concern is we are generating comparison reports and sending them out to potential clients showing them their repayments, then once we build the application and the lender sends out the application forms the lender repayments come back higher in some cases recently.... It would save a lot of time and back and forth if BrokerEngine can calculate actual loan repayments instead of estimates. Thanks for your time!
