o Capacity to add unique BDM to deals and integrate them into merge fields for templated emails/docs: currently only one BDM can be tagged to each bank for each broker and if you change on one deal it changes every deal, and you can't use merge fields to include the BDM into templated docs. o Ability to have a different banker linked to a client rather than one banker "owner" to each client. Currently if we have a client that works with a resi/commercial broker and then does EF or the SLS team pick them up, the originating broker is linked as the main contact which means any workflow communication comes from that banker. We should be able to change this based on the deal o Add the banker as a related party to deals with available merge fields - I'd like to see the banker (or assessor in the resi world) to be a related party whose information can be included in the merge fields in the smart docs and email/sms templates. To circumvent this, I use the third party for our commercial banker
